Elle n&rsquo;est ni vraiment ronde, ni vraiment plate.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Principalement consomm\u00e9 ti\u00e8de au petit d\u00e9jeuner avec du beurre et de la vergeoise (ou de la cassonade) ou encore de la confiture, ce petit pain rond constitue aussi&nbsp; un burger ou un sandwich id\u00e9al, garni de crudit\u00e9s, de rillettes, p\u00e2t\u00e9 et autres charcuteries\u2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Pour reproduire ce produit typique du nord, un boulanger de Ruelle (L\u2019\u00e9pi Ruellois) a accept\u00e9 de r\u00e9aliser la recette que j\u2019ai pu obtenir aupr\u00e8s d\u2019un boulanger du Pas De Calais. Et maintenant nous voil\u00e0 en collaboration.
